We Help Raise Complaints About

We Help Raise Complaints About:

  • Credit card lenders

  • Payday loan providers

  • High-cost credit companies

  • Catalogue and store card accounts

What We Do

We Help You Challenge Potentially Unaffordable Lending

We may be able to help you raise a complaint if you believe a lender gave you credit that you could not reasonably afford at the time. This may include:

  • Credit card providers

  • Payday lenders

  • High-cost short-term or instalment loan providers

  • Catalogue and store card companies

Our Process:

  • We review your credit history, income, and expenditure at the time of borrowing

  • We help draft and submit complaints to lenders

  • Where appropriate, we may refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

If successful, outcomes can include refunds of interest, compensation, or corrections to your credit file

Important Information:

Our services are provided on a no win, no fee basis. This means if your claim is unsuccessful, you will not owe us a fee. If your claim is successful, a fee will be deducted from any redress you receive. Full details of our fee structure are provided in our terms of engagement.

You can raise a complaint about unaffordable lending yourself, for free, directly with your lender and escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service if needed.
