Our review goes far deeper than a quick “check” or advice session. We examine:

Who This Service Is For

  • Draft letters and emails you can send to your IVA firm, lender or regulator

  • Support in requesting refunds of fees where mis-selling is evident

We have a short, structured discussion with you to understand your situation and confirm that a Forensic Case Review is appropriate.

 

Step 2 – Document Gathering

We ask you to send copies of key documents – for example IVA proposals, creditor correspondence, payment schedules, loan agreements, and any complaint responses you have already received.

 

Step 3 – Forensic Review

We examine your case in detail, cross-checking your story, the paperwork and the applicable standards.

 

Step 4 – Written Report

You receive your written Forensic Case Report, with findings and recommendations.

 

Step 5 – Next Steps & Support

If you want to move forward, we can help you use the findings to challenge the IVA or lending, seek redress, or move into a more suitable solution.

Fees and Affordability

 

We know you are already under financial pressure. Our aim is to make this work realistic and affordable.

 

Fees are agreed in advance, with no surprises.In many cases we work on a fixed-fee or staged-fee basis.

 

Where appropriate, some work can be done on a no-win-no-fee style arrangement linked to compensation or fee refunds.

 

If you genuinely cannot afford our help, we will discuss what is realistically possible before you commit to anything. You will always know what you are paying for and when.
